Nonprofit Prince George’s County is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Operations are managed by a full-time Executive Director, Office Manager and fulfilled with support of part-time and contractual professionals. This diverse team of leaders, including its community advisors, is committed to working proficiently to attain notable results that benefit the nonprofit community of Prince George’s County.

Howard Burnett has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, labor relations officer, executive assistant to the superintendent, associate superintendent, and interim chief executive officer during his 30+ years of service with Prince George’s County Public Schools. In 2006, Mr. Burnett was appointed Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Health and Human Services for the Prince George’s County Government and served admirably in that position until he retired in 2011. He has received numerous awards and honors during his military and public service career.
Hillary Lindeman has four decades of experience in the field of human services serving in management positions with both the government and nonprofit sectors. Hillary served as a Deputy Director at the Prince George’s County Department of Social Services for 17 years, managing crisis intervention programs including housing/homeless services and the energy and food programs. She worked in a similar capacity at the Community Action Council of Howard County. Ms. Lindeman came to NONPROFIT PGC in 2011 as a consultant for the Homeless Services Partnership and was promoted to Director in 2014 (named Executive Director in 2018).
